Vacheron & Constantin, ?Automatic?, movement No. 583005, case No. 418845, Ref. 6378. Made in the 1960s, retailed by Turler. Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date.

C. Two-body, polished, inclined bezel and concave lugs, screwed down case back. D. Brushed silver with applied faceted yellow gold baton indexes, outer minute7second divisions and gold-rimmed date aperture. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. K1072, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes and oeil de perdrix decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and fi ve positions, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 10.5 mm.
