Very fine and extra thin, 18K yellow gold skeletonized wristwatch fitted into a 20 U.S. dollar gold coin dated 1903 and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

Three-body, straight lugs; on one side, the American Eagle, the shield and the mottos ?E Pluribus Unum? and ?In God We Trust?, and on the other side, the profi le of Liberty, opening through a push button in the reeded band, brushed bezel with engraved baton hour markers, winding crown at 1, glazed both sides and attached to the coin by a hinge at 6. D. Skeletonized, gilt. Black baton hands. M. Cal. 1003 SQP, gilt, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, foliate hand-engraved, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed, case numbered. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 4.5 mm.
