Very fine, thin and elegant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin leather wallet and hang tag. C. Three-body, textured bezel, polished lugs and snap-on back. D. Gold, hand-engraved with a basket-weave pattern, applied gold and black baton indexes. Black and gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1003/1, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating fl at balance spring.
