Very fine, thin, self-winding, diamond-set 18K yellow gold skeletonized wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin leather wallet and the Certificate of Origin.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, hexadecagonal shape, bezel set with 64 diamonds, transparent case back, straight and curved lugs, winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, fl at sapphire crystals. D. Black and gold baton hands. M. 12 1/4''', gilt brass, skeletonized, hand engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating fl at balance-spring, 21K engraved gold rotor with ruby roller bearings.
