VACHERON & CONSTANTIN LADY?S PLATINUM, SAPPHIRES & DIAMONDS Vacheron & Constantin, movement No. 393334, case No. 247123. Made in 1923. Very fine and rare, sapphire and diamond-set platinum lady?s wristwatch with an integral sapphire and diamond-set platinum bracelet with safety chain.

C. Two-body, bezel set with 12 small diamonds and a cabochon sapphire at each end, articulated tapering lugs set with 16 round diamonds and 16 square-cut sapphires, engraved scroll pattern on band, hinged case back, bracelet set with 6 square-cut sapphires and 18 round diamonds. D. Silver with printed black Arabic numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 5 1/4???, rectangular, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed Dim. 14 x 28 mm. Thickness 6 mm. Approx. overall length 155 mm.
