VACHERON & CONSTANTIN COIN WATCH YELLOW GOLD Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 614155, case No. 557553. Ref. 6510. Made in the 1980?s. Very fine, rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch fitted, inserted in a U.S. 20 Dollar coin dated 1899, with an integral 18K yellow Vacheron & Constantin bracelet.

C. Double case, solid, polished, straight lugs, the coin opening through a push-piece to the band. D. Champagne with painted indexes. Blued steel baton hands. M. Cal. 1003/1, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating fl at balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34.5 mm. Thickness 4 mm. Approx. overall length 185 mm.
