Very fine and elegant, skeletonized, self-winding, platinum and diamond wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and a platinum and diamond Vacheron Constantin bracelet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, diamond-set bezel, angled band, snap on transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Transparent with subsidiary ring dials for the days of the week, of the month, the months and age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. White gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 1120/1, copper color, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 36 jewels, stamped with the Geneva quality mark, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self compensating fl at balance spring, skeletonized and hand engraved rotor with 21K yellow gold segment. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness 9 mm. Approx. overall length 180 mm.
