Very fine, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin leather pouch, push-pin and service estimate and receipt.

Champagne with applied yellow gold bâton indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector for the age of the moon, aperture for the phases of the moon. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1120/1, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
