Very fine and very rare, water-resistant, self-winding, center-seconds, 18K yellow gold chronometer wristwatch with diamond Maltese Cross, date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

Satine silver with applied yellow gold lapidated indexes, gold-rimmed aperture for the date, applied yellow gold Maltese Cross below 12 set with a single diamond. Yellow gold ?Dauphine? hands. M. Cal. 12??? K1072/1, rhodium-plated, stamped with the Seal of Geneva, oeil-de-perdrix and fausses côtes decoration, 18K gold edged rotor, 29 jewels,straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and fi ve positions, shock-absorber, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator.
