Very fine and extremely rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant platinum wristwatch with a platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle.

Satine silver, with applied white gold baton indexes, outer minute divisions. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. K1071, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold-edged rotor with ruby rollers.
