VACHERON & CONSTANTIN SCROLL LUGS STAR DIAL PLATINUM Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 481140, case No. 845981. Made circa 1945. Fine and rare, platinum wristwatch with scroll lugs and a 14K white gold link bracelet.

C. Two-body, polished and brushed, scroll lugs, snap-on case back. D. Matte silver with applied white gold Breguet numerals and star indexes, concentric minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. V 458/2B, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness: 8 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
