Very fine, hunting-cased, 18K yellow gold ?montre Couteau savonnette?, extra thin keyless dress watch. Accompanied by Vacheron Constantin Certificate of Origin and hang-tag.

C. Three-body, polished, flush-fitting snap-on back. D. Satine gold with applied black and gold baton indexes. Black and gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1003, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 42 mm. THICKNESS 5 mm.
