Very fine and extremely rare, 18K yellow gold keyless pocket lever chronometer with chronograph and progressive 30-minute register. Accompanied by the original Vacheron & Constantin fitted box.

C. Four-body, ?bassine?, polished, semi-concealed hinge, the back cover with engraved initials GC. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved presentation inscription. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five-minute/second numerals, fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register at 12. Gold spade hands. M. 19???, rhodium plated, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, visible chronograph work. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. DIAM. 51 mm.
