VACHERON & CONSTANTIN HUNTING CASED CHRONOGRAPH Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, movement No. 341316, case No. 208880. Made circa 1910. Very fine and rare, 18K gold, keyless hunting cased pocket watch with register.
C. Four-body, bassine, polished, the cover with engraved
monogram, button in the band for the start/stop/return-
to-zero functions of the chronograph. Hinged gold
cuvette.
D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer red
Arabic five-second numerals, minute track and fifths of
a second divisions, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute
register. Blued steel spade hands.
M. Matte gilt, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement,
cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet
balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, visible
chronograph work.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
Diam. 53mm, Thickness 13mm.
