Vacheron Constantin, "Les Essentielles" Ref. 42100. Produced in the 1990's.Very fine, rectangular curved, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with a date and an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a leather pouch and a certificate.
C. two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, case back with screws. D. guilloche silver with applied yellow gold square markers and Roman numerals on a plain reserve, aperture for the date. "Feuille" yellow gold hands.M.
