Notes

Chronomètre RoyalThe trademark for the Chronomètre Royal was registered in 1907. This series of watches was made for the South American market (especially Argentina). Generally, their movements were of high quality, from 11"" to 22"", with 18 jewels, a gold screwed setting on the central wheel, an endstone for the escapement wheel and a sapphire endstone for the balance-wheel. They bore a Breguet balance spring and "swan-neck" micrometer regulator.
