Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 397227, case No. 246876, made in 1923, sold in 1938.Very fine 18K gold keyless split-seconds chronograph with 30-minute register in Vacheron Constantin leather fitted box, accompanied by a certification letter from the company.
C. Four-body, "bassine", polished, gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute ring, outermost chronograph scale with five-seconds/minute Arabic figures, subsidiary sunk seconds, minute register at 12 o'clock. M. 38 mm. (16'''3/4), rhodium-plated, 26 jewels, 8 adjustments, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screw, Breguet balance spring, micrometric "swan-neck" regulator.Signed on dial, case, movement and box.Diam. 51 mm.
