Extremely fine and rare, prototype, skeletonized, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42 hour power reserve indicator and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

Three-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Transparent dial with applied hour indexes, outer minute ring, graduation for the power reserve at 12, tourbillon cage at 6 with polished "Maltese Cross"-shaped steel bridge, carrying the subsidiary seconds hand. Pink gold "dauphine" hands. Cal. 1760, hand-engraved and skeletonized, copper-colored, 28 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with 3 polished steel arms, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, twin barrels.
