Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch with subsidiary seconds at 6 and 1/5 second chronograph with pulsometric scale graduated for 30 pulsations. The Extract from the Archives, dated November 10, 1994, mentioned that this watch was made in 1919 and sold in 1920. The watch was completed in April 1920 and delivered on June 21, 1920, to R. Carassale, the agent of Vacheron Constantin in Montevideo (Uruguay).
