Produced in the 1990's.Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a black leather fitted box, a note-book with small gilt pencil, a black lacquered setting-pin and a catalogue with price-list.

D. beige with applied gold bâton indexes, auxiliary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector for the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. "Bâton" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. K1120, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shok-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam 36 mm.
