Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 705217, case No. 542213, Ref. 33020. Produced in the 1970's.Very fine, extra-thin, tonneau-shaped, 18K white gold and diamonds gentleman's wristwatch with a hammered and twisted white gold integrated Vacheron Constantin bracelet.

C .two-body, solid, hammered white gold wide bezel repeating the bracelet decoration. D. polished white gold entirely pavé with diamonds at the center. "Dauphine" white gold hands. M. Cal. 1003/1, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Case and movement signed.Dim. 33 x 32 mm.Approx. overall length: 215 mm.
