Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, platinum and diamond skeletonized gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and a platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a black leather folder and certificate.

C. two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, bezel set with diamonds, rounded band, straight lugs, sapphire front and back crystal. D. skeletonized, auxiliary white ring dials for the week, of the month, the months, aperture for the moon phases. White gold "Dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 1120, skeletonized, hand engraved, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Hand-engraved rotor with 21 yellow gold segment. Diam36 mm.
