Very fine and rare, stainless steel doctor's wristwatch with square button chronograph, tachometer register gradué pour 5 respirations, pulsometer, and an 18K white gold buckle. Accompanied by a certificate.

C. three body, polished, faceted teardrop lugs. D. matte silver with applied white gold dot and bâton indexes and Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations, concentric for 5 "respirations", at the centre, spiral tachometric scale. White gold "Bâton" hands. M. Cal. 434, rhodium-plated, “fausses-côtes” decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.
