Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 437606, case No. 272463, Ref. 4178. Produced circa 1941. Very fine and unusual, 18K pink gold and stainless steel doctor's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and pulsometer and an 18K pink gold buckle.

C. three-body, bicolored, solid, polished, steel rounded band, stepped bezel and case back, pink gold teardrop lugs, winding-crown and chronograph buttons. D. pink, with applied pink gold dot indexes and Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds and 30-minute register dial, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations. "Bâton" white gold hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.
