Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 427340, case No. 268010 268014. Produced in 1941 and sold in 1942. Very fine and rare, rectangular, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with a special glazed container for the movement, closing by two clips on top and bottom back. Accompanied by a certificate.

Yellow gold ?Bâton? hands. M. Cal. 203, rhodium-plated, ?fausses cotes? decoration, 16 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
