Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold mid-sized wristwatch with date, power reserve and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Cal. 1190, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor.
