Extremely fine and rare, cushion-shaped, skeletonized, water- resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsometer and an 18K pink gold Vacheron & Constantin deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate and instruction booklet.

D. matte silver, skeletonized with applied pink gold indexes, guilloché auxiliary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register, outer blue pulsometer graduation for 40 pulsations. Pink gold Faceted "Epée" hands. M. Cal. 1145, hand-engraved, skeletonized, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compesating flat balance- spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 37 x 37 mm.
