Sold on December 24, 2000.Very fine and unusual, rectangular, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman?s wristwatch with concealed dial "à volets" andan 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin deployant clasp.

C. two-body, solid, polished, case back with screws, slide set with a rectangular cabochon sapphire at 6 to open the pink gold shut-tersrevealing the dial, engraved case band. D. matte silver with applied pink gold and black indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Bluedsteel "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 1017, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balanceadjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 25 x 33 mm.
