Vacheron & Constantin, Genève,"Automatic", No. 748192, case No. 590945, Ref. 47008. Produced in the 1980s. Fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with double date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, case back with 4 screws, stepped bezel, straight lugs. D. Off-white "Clous-de-Paris" decorated with applied yellow gold indexes, subsidiary dials for the days of the month and the week. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 1126, rhodium-plated,?fausses côtes? decoration, 33 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor segment.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 34 mm.
