Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, "Les Historiques Medicus Squelette", No. 30/30, No. 927948, case No. 737246, Ref. 47152. Produced in a limited edition of 30 examples in the 1990s. Extremely fine and rare, cushion-shaped, skeletonized, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsometer and an 18K white gold Vacheron & Constantin deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent case back with 4 screws, triangular lugs, lapidated bezel, sapphire crystals. D. Matte silver, skeletonized with applied white gold indexes, "guilloché" subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register, outer blue pulsometer graduation for 40 pulsations. Faceted white gold "epée" hands. M. Cal. 1145, hand-engraved and skeletonized, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 37 x 37 mm.
