Extremely fine and rare, cushion-shaped, skeletonized, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsometer and an 18K white gold Vacheron & Constantin deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Matte silver, skeletonized with applied white gold indexes, "guilloché" subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register, outer blue pulsometer graduation for 40 pulsations. Faceted white gold "epée" hands. M. Cal. 1145, hand-engraved and skeletonized, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 37 x 37 mm.
