Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman?s wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer, date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

"Guilloché" silver with applied yellow gold "bâton" indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date at 6. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M.
