Very fine, astronomic, water-resistant, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with day and date, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, straight lugs, sapphire crystal. D. "Guilloché" silver with applied yellow gold indexes, subsidiary dials for the days of the week and the month, aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M.
