Extremely fine and important, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42-hour power reserve indicator and a platinum Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, setting pin and certificate.

"Guilloché" silver with applied Roman numerals and triangular indexes, power reserve indication at12, aperture for the tourbillon cage with polished steel bridge and subsidiary seconds hand at 6.
