Very fine and extremely rare, astronomic, 18K pink gold and stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with triple calendar and moon phases, and with a stainless steel Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Two-tone silver with applied lapidated pink gold indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, outergraduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Pink gold "bâton"hands. M. Cal. 12 1/2??? V 495, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line leverescapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, shock-absorber, Breguet balance-spring,swan neck micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.
