Very fine and rare center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with scottish-patterned case, date and diamond-set dial. Accompanied by a white gold Vacheron Constantin buckle and a Certificate of Authenticity.

C. Two-body, polished, screwed-down case back, wide bezel and concave lugs, decorated in the ?écossaise?pattern. D. Silvered, ?sunburst?, with applied gold round and baguette cut diamond indexes, aperture for thedate. White gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 12??? K 1072, stamped with the Geneva Seal, rhodium-plated,"fausses-côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws,adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring,swan neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold edged rotor .Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.
