Very fine and very rare, 18K pink gold gentleman?s wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer, two-tone dial and stepped hooded lugs, with a pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

M. Cal. 13??? 295, frosted gilt, 20 jewels, straightline lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.
