Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 128602, case No. 295596, Ref. 4178. Made in 1947. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman’s wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, telemeter, tachometer, two-tone dial, and a pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, rounded band, fancy flared lugs. D. Two-tone silver with applied pink gold dotindexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second andtelemeter scale. Pink gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 13’’’ 434, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration,19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperature, self-compensatingBreguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.
