Notes

Ref. 4958 The beauty and simplicity of this model make it one of the most sought-after of all the creations of Vacheron Constantin. It is quite similar to Patek Philippe Ref. 2526 which was launched in 1953, and like the Patek Philippe model, it has a self-winding movement. Reference 4958 was produced in thirty-six examples in 1954, all water-resistant and in pink gold; thirty-four with Cal. 12??? 498, with subsidiary seconds; and two with Cal. 12???1071 with center seconds.
