“Tonneau” Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 407133, case No. 253300. Made and sold in 1928. Very fine and rare, curved, tonneau-shaped, 18K yellow gold gentleman's Art Deco wristwatch with a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, hinged case back, small circular lugs, domed crystal. D. Matte silver with paintedupright Arabic numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 9’’’ 94, rhodium-plated, 15jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to five positions, flatbalance-spring, index regulator.Dial, case, and movement signed.Dim. 23 x 42 mm. Thickness: 8.5 mm.
