So-called ?American? Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 394192, case No. 245206. Made in 1921. Very fine and extremely rare, cushion-shaped, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with movement and dial diagonally set in the case, and a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

White enamel with Breguet numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds dial over the 6 at the bottom right corner.Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. R.A. 11???62 Nouveau, rhodium-plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 16 jewels,straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with five adjustments, Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 31 x 42 mm.
