Very fine 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsometer and two-tone dial, and a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Two-tone silverered, brushed, with applied yellow goldbâton indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register, outer pulsometer. Yellow gold"baton" hands. M. Cal. 13??? 434, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escap-ement,beryllium balance with timing screws, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 34 mm. Thickness: 11 mm.
