So-called ?Cornucopia? Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 581410, case No. 320580, Ref. 4695. Made in 1951. Extremely fine and rare, square, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle and original box. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
C. Two-body, polished, fluted cornucopia-shaped lugs, flat-top crystal. D. Guilloché silver with applied gold dartindexes, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M.
