So-called ?Giraffa? Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 488447, case No. 377697, Ref. 4778. Made in 1951. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with fancy lugs and a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
