Very fine and and exceptionally rare, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph and pulsometer, and a platinum Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certficate of Authenticity.

Gilt, two-tone, withapplied yellow gold dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, pulsometerscale. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. 13??? 434, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight linelever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm. Thickness: 11.4 mm.
