"Two-Tone Dial" Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 428973, case No. 269858, Ref. 4178. Made in 1941. Very fine and very rare, 18K pink gold gentleman?s wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and two-tone dial.

Two-tonegilt with applied pink gold bâton indexes and Arabic numerals at 12 and 6, subsidiaryseconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second and tachometer scale. Pinkgold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 13??? 434, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted totemperature, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 11 mm.
