Extremely rare and fine, tonneau-shaped, skeletonized, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42-hour power reserve, date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, fluted lugs, transparent case back with 7 screws, sapphirecrystals. D. Transparent with ring dials for the hours and minutes, the date at 2, the powerreserve at 10, the tourbillon cage under a polished steel bridge carrying the subsidiaryseconds hand. Black oxydized gold hands. M.
