"6378 Q" Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, "Automatic", No. 571046, case No. 406470, Ref. 6378 Q. Produced in the 1960s. Very fine, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back,wide bezel and concave lugs. D. Satiné silver with appliedyellow gold bâton indexes, aperture for the date. Yellowgold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal.
