Very fine, astronomic, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, perpetual calender, moon phases and a platinum Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Matte silver with applied platinum Roman numerals andfaceted dart indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, 30-minute register and the days of the month, aperturesfor the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. Platinum "épée" hands. M.
