Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No 437545, case No 285540, circa 1940. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and pulsometer.

C. massive, polished, stepped bezel. D. champagne with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer for 30 pulsations. "Baton" gold hands. M. 13 "' rhodium plated, "fausses cdtes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
