Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 457516, case No. 290234, circa 1943. Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date and moon phases.

C. massive, polished, overhanging teardrop lugs, stepped band. D. matt and satined silver with applied gold Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds dial, outer graduation for the clays of the month, apertures for the clays of the week, the months and the lunations. "Baton" gold hands. M. 12 1/2"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm.
